If you use twitter you can follow the official "Starbucks Card" twitter profile at @StarbucksCard and ask "Natalie" on the Starbucks team (Natalie works for Starbucks) questions. One more idea is that you can send an email to rewards@Starbucks.com. I hope that helps! I've earned so many that it is hard for me know how many I've received because in January of this year I didn't keep track of anything. But per the website I've earned over 50 drink coupons since January 5, 2010, and at this time I'm missing some, but I've been assured by the Starbucks Card team that they're researching this. If my math serves me well $10.00 should last for 40 visits ... I know this might seem like a hassle ... but it truly isn't..... just my two cents!
