I went back to Evolution Fresh this weekend, and had such a nice visit that I decided I would blog about it again.  I wish Starbucks would open a few more of these stores.  As it stands right now, the only Evolution Fresh store is in Bellevue.  However, Starbucks says that more are coming!  Of course where Starbucks plans to put new Evolution Fresh stores is quite a mystery!

My first blog article about Evolution Fresh is here.

Here’s the address again:

Evolution Fresh
545 Bellevue Way
Bellevue, Washington

I arrived the morning of the 26th, and I was a little hungry so I ordered the “Southwest Scramble.”  It’s delicious.  The description of it includes eggs, quinoa, black beans, roasted red peppers, baby spinach, feta, and mild chile sauce.  It looks super healthy, but it still tastes very good:

I like the digital images on the menu board.  I don’t recall seeing the blueberries image come up last time I was in:

Last time I wrote about Evolution Fresh, I didn’t get a good photo of the area where the food is made, or the food menuboards, so here they are:

Don’t forget that when you’re at Evolution Fresh, you can use your Starbucks card as a form of payment, or you can pick up an Evolution Fresh card and use it as your Starbucks card inside Starbucks stores:

I’ve heard that it may be possible to arrange a “juice tasting” experience at this store, but I haven’t had the chance to do that yet.  If I get the chance to attend a “juice tasting,” absolutely I’ll be writing a blog post about that too.

Last but not least, here are a couple more photos from this visit to Evolution Fresh:
