Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the Seattle Reserve Roastery closed to the public on March 17, 2020. Today, May 18, 2020, is the first day it is open again. All the partners are wearing masks, and there is a grab-n-go format. There are clear paths that you walk, and there is no way to linger in the store. Both the Roastery portion of the store, as well as the Princi food bakery inside the store, are now open.

The latest coffee appears to be Colombia Cerra Azul. Gravitas Coffee Vintage 2020 is still available as a Roastery exclusive blend.

Outside of the store, there is a very tall beverage menu so that you can decide what you’d like, before you even enter. I noticed that the tall menu signage also refers you to a website where you can download the Roastery menu: https://www.starbucksreserve.com/en-us/menus

It is strongly encouraged that all customers wear face masks.

I really missed having the Roastery open! Two months was a very long time to be closed. (Obviously I understand why, but it doesn’t mean that I didn’t miss the Roastery.) This store is one of my “neighborhood” stores (I live near it) and when I went in this morning, a partner told me that I was the first customer in the door since they reopened today!
